Dr. Ian Mackechnie is an experienced academic and former senior corporate executive with over 20 years of international higher-education involvement. He has taught undergraduate and postgraduate programs, supervised doctoral candidates, and conducted graduate seminars across the UK, United States, Europe, China, Australia, the Philippines, Indonesia, and Malaysia.

He holds a PhD in Business Management, a Master of Commerce, degrees in English Literature and Accounting, and an Advanced Diploma in Business (Accounting). His leadership appointments include Chairman of the Board of Governance at Charisma University, Vice President of International Affairs at International American University, Adjunct Professor at Bulacan State University, and Head of the Centre of Professional Development at Netherlands Maritime University College.

Before entering academia, he held senior management positions in Australia across the garment, pharmaceutical, printing, and fresh-food production industries.

Dr. Teddy Tan (Co-Founder / Course Architect / Academic Support)

Dr. Teddy Tan is an accomplished corporate and academic professional with 30 years of working experience, including 25 years in managerial positions. He currently serves as Program Director at Inspire Academy of Business and Management, overseeing executive programs developed in collaboration with a local university.

His expertise covers accounting, corporate management, sales, and business performance improvement across medium-sized businesses and public-listed companies, including Genting, Leong Hup, and Perlis Plantation. His industry exposure includes poultry, retail, education, healthcare, property development, and plantations.

Dr. Teddy holds a BA (Hons) in Accountancy, a Master’s in Financial Planning, and a PhD in Business Management. He is also a full member of professional bodies in international accounting, public accounting, taxation, and financial planning.

With over 15 years of teaching experience, he has taught accounting, finance, business management, and marketing at local and international institutions. He also has extensive experience developing academic syllabuses, teaching guides, and educational materials.

Mr. Ivan Fung (Co-Founder / Chief Registrar)

Ivan Fung is an experienced corporate professional with over 20 years of expertise in finance, strategic project management, operations, human resources, marketing, and corporate support. He has held senior managerial positions at Ritma Prestasi Sdn Bhd, a subsidiary of Teo Seng Capital Group, and previously served as Country Representative for DBC Asia Pacific Pte. Ltd.

He holds a BA (Hons) in Applied Accounting from Oxford Brookes University and an MBA in International Marketing from Coventry University. His professional qualifications include ACCA membership, Associate Certified Coach, HRD Corp Accredited Trainer, and Relaxation Practitioner.

Beyond his corporate career, Ivan has more than five years of academic experience teaching subjects including business communication, business psychology, organizational behavior, international business, and privatization. He is also committed to coaching young professionals in their personal and career development. His industry exposure covers livestock, animal healthcare, automotive, training, coaching, and human resource management.

Dr Kevin Lee Nan Sang is an experienced education and business professional with over 20 years of expertise in student recruitment, academic advising, education marketing, corporate training, business development, and management consultancy.

He has worked with local and international educational institutions, professional organizations, and companies across Malaysia, Indonesia, Taiwan, Hong Kong, and China. His experience includes serving as a training provider, marketing advisor, marketing and training director, part-time lecturer, and international management consultant.
As Marketing Director of the Academy, Dr Lee contributes to institutional growth through strategic partnerships, student recruitment, professional program development, and international market expansion. His career reflects his commitment to bridging education, business, and global opportunities.

Dr. Francis Wong ​(Academic Support)

An experienced academic and industry professional, he holds an MBA from the UK and a Doctor of Business Administration from Malaysia. He is also a member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA), UK.

He teaches operations management, information technology, and human behaviour at a Malaysian public university while actively participating in consultancy and professional training. His industry experience covers food and beverage manufacturing, energy, and petrochemicals, with expertise in ISO implementation, SEDEX compliance, halal certification, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency.

Dr. Alan Chee (Academic Support)

​An accomplished academic, trainer, and industry professional, he holds a BSc in Electrophysics, an MBA, and a PhD in Business Management. His professional credentials include corporate membership in the UK Chartered Quality Institute, certified trainer status, Safety and Health Officer certification, and lead-auditor qualifications from CQI, IRCA, and Exemplar Global.

He has lectured at local and international universities in technical and management subjects, including electrical control and installation, business management, strategic management, and financial mathematics. His industry expertise covers ISO 9001, ISO 14001, IATF 16949, workplace safety, Statistical Process Control, and Failure Mode and Effects Analysis.
