​Ian Mackechnie has been involved in undergraduate and post graduate studies in a number of international universities for over twenty years, including institutions of higher learning in the UK, the USA, Europe, China, Australia, the Philippines, Indonesia and Malaysia. Doctor Mackechnie has also been deeply involved in the supervision of doctoral candidates, and teaching in graduate seminars.

Prior to entering academic life, Ian Mackechnie was working in senior management positions in a variety of companies and industries within Australia.

Ian Mackechnie holds a Ph.D. in Business Management from Bulacan State University, a Master of Commerce from the University of Southern Queensland, a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) from Charles Sturt University, a Bachelor of Accounting from the University of South Australia, a Bachelor of Arts from Griffith University, and an Advanced Diploma in Business (Accounting) from the Box Hill College. He also is an appointed Adjunct Professor with Bulacan State University.

Currently Dr. Ian is the Chairman of Board of Governance for Charisma University (US). Beside this, he also appointed as Vice President of International Affair under the Office of Executive Affairs for International American University (US) and leading the Head of Centre of Professional Development for Netherlands Maritime University College (M'sia)

Dr. Teddy Tan

Teddy is a seasoned professional with 30 years of cumulative work experience, including 25 years in various managerial roles. Presently, he holds the distinguished position of Program Director at Inspire Academy of Business and Management, an institution primarily focusing on Executive Programs developed in collaboration with a local university.
 
Teddy boasts an illustrious track record in overseeing the complete spectrum of accounting functions and corporate management, with a portfolio spanning Medium-Size Firms to Public Listed Companies, including renowned entities such as Genting, Leong Hup, and Perlis Plantation. He has consistently excelled in sales management for multinational chain stores and has a proven history of implementing strategies to enhance business performance.
 
Recognized as a versatile and resourceful leader, Teddy is highly regarded for his ability to mentor and coach team members, empowering them to achieve breakthrough results. [He/She] is characterized by his creativity, independence, willingness to embrace calculated risks, fastidious attention to detail, and pursuit of perfectionism.
 
Graduated with a Bachelor Degree in Accountancy with University of Bolton (Bolton, UK), Hold a Master degree in Financial Planning with University of the Sunshine Coast (Queensland, Australia) and completed his PHD in 2023 with Charisma University (Montan, US). He holds full membership with Association of The International Accountant (UK), Chartered Tax Institute of Malaysia, Institute of Public Accountant (Australia) and Certified Financial Planner (US).

Teddy has more then 15 years of teaching experience covered accounting, business management and marketing subject with local colleges and foreign university (i.e. Federation University, Australia). His has extensive experience in writing academic syllabus, teaching guide and material and strive to achieve business sustainability with his practical and academic knowledge. 

Mr. Ivan Fung
Chief Administrative Officer

Ivan Fung is a highly experienced corporate professional with a diverse background encompassing corporate support, strategic project management, and finance, alongside a strong dedication to coaching and academia.

He holds a Master of Business Administration in International Marketing from Coventry University, UK, and a Bachelor’s Degree (Honors) in Applied Accounting from Oxford Brookes University, UK. Additionally, he is certified by the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA).

​Over twenty years, Ivan has established himself as a pivotal figure in the corporate landscape. Notably, Ivan has held various managerial roles within Ritma Prestasi Sdn Bhd, a subsidiary of Teo Seng Capital Group, a prominent commercial layer company in Malaysia. His responsibilities have ranged from strategic project management to overseeing business affairs, operations, human resources, marketing, and customer service. He consistently delivers top-tier service and support to both internal and external stakeholders.

Before his tenure at Teo Seng Capital Group, Ivan served as the Country Representative for DBC Asia Pacific Pte. Ltd. In this role, he effectively managed diverse functions, including HR and Administration, Sales and Marketing, while directly supporting the CEO and Board Office. Ivan's analytical acumen was instrumental in assessing and presenting the company's financial performance.

Ivan's corporate journey commenced with a six-year focus on accounting and finance, providing him with a profound understanding of financial intricacies that continue to shape his strategic decision-making.

Beyond his corporate endeavours, Ivan is a certified coach dedicated to guiding young working adults towards personal and professional fulfilment. He is an Associate Certified Coach from the Corporate Coach Academy in Malaysia. Through career and life coaching, Ivan empowers individuals to realize their aspirations.
 
Moreover, Ivan has made significant contributions to academia for over five years. He has shared his expertise in subjects such as Privatization, Business Communication, Business Psychology, Organization Behavior, and International Business at various educational levels, from certificates to bachelor's degrees.
